Cowboy Breakfast FAQs

Q: When is the Cowboy Breakfast?
A: Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 9 AM - 12 PM.

Q: Where is Cowboy Breakfast?
A: At the school. Most of the fun will be outside on the fields, but be sure to head inside to check out the Silent Auction, Raffle & Mustang Market (cafeteria), Book Sale (library) and amazing Sponsors (gym). *Scroll down for event map.

Q: Do I need tickets/wristbands?
A: Only children over the age of 3 need wristbands. Children under the age of 3 and parents DO NOT need wristbands. Please click here to order children's wristbands.

Q: How much are wristbands?
A: Wristbands are $15 if ordered in advance or $20 if purchased at the door. Pre-sales end February 26th at midnight.

Q: What about volunteers? Do they need wristbands?
A: Yes - there are special wristbands for volunteers. Please click here to order a volunteer wristband.

Q: What's included with the wristbands?
A: Wrist bands include access to all rides, games, inflatables, photo booth, petting zoo, face painting, etc. (note: Student Council will be selling tickets to their game, Lucky Ducky, for $1 -CASH only)

Q: What is NOT included?
A: Food (food trucks), Book Sale items, Mustang Market merchandise, Spirit Sticks, Raffle items, and Lucky Ducky tickets.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: Wristbands, Raffle Items, Mustang Market Merchandise and Spirit Sticks: Cash or Credit Card. The Book Sale is CASHLESS and only accepts payment via Ewallet, Apply Pay, Check, Credit Card. Student Council's Lucky Ducky game is CASH only.

Q: Is this event open to the community?
A: Yes! You do not need to have a student at FORES to join in on the fun!

Q: When does bidding for the silent auction end?
A: Bidding ends at 11:45 AM on 2/28

Q: How are the items I won delivered?
A: At the conclusion of the Silent Auction, please come to the cafeteria and present your proof of payment at the checkout table located on the stage. You will also pick up any applicable gift cards or alcohol vouchers for your winning baskets at this time. Once payment has been verified, you may claim your basket. Please note: Alcohol is not permitted on school grounds. If your basket includes alcohol, you will receive a voucher at the checkout table. Take this voucher across the street to the FORHA/FORPD parking lot, where a PTO volunteer will provide the alcohol portion of your basket and complete the pickup confirmation. *Edit: Due to early voting, alcohol pickup has been moved to the Spotted Deer parking lot at 8000 Fair Oaks Pkwy.)

Q: Where can I park?
A: Parking is allowed in both the school lots. Overflow parking is permitted after passing Chartwell Circle (while facing the flow of traffic). Overflow parking is also allowed along Dietz Elkhorn Road on the grass (please note: not on the grass along Chartwell Lane). Parking is NOT permitted in front of the Municipal Court due to early voting.

Q: Where are the bathrooms?
A: Bathrooms are located in the cafeteria and gym. Please see map below. ​​​​​​​​​
