List of Committees
Beautification
This committee is responsible for updating the decor mostly inside of the school - areas such as the display cases near the cafeteria and front office, the PTO bulletin boards and other areas as requested by the committee or teachers. Theme of decorations will be decided by the Art teacher, Mrs. Grammens and committee will help that vision come to fruition.

Time Commitment: 3 - 8 hours per month.
Staff Appreciation
This committee is responsible for planning and executing the monthly teacher appreciation event. This could be breakfast or lunch, coffee truck, or coordinating Mustang Munchies. It's a great way to meet some teachers and spoil them for all the hard work they do in teaching our children!

Sponsorship
This committee is responsible for planning and executing the monthly teacher appreciation event. This could be breakfast or lunch, coffee truck, or coordinating Mustang Munchies. It's a great way to meet some teachers and spoil them for all the hard work they do in teaching our children!

Communication
This committee is responsible for creating flyers for events and fundraisers, posting info to social media and groupme. Assist with Newsletter content to send out monthly and other duties as assigned by the board.

Glow Run
This committee is responsible for planning all the logistics around the Glow Run event. This includes securing food trucks, creating the schedule for event day, foam party, slime for Principal Shults, planning the course and guidelines. This committee will decide how many volunteers are needed and what tasks need to be done. There may be other duties assigned by the VP of Fundraising that oversees this event.

ILMS Fundraiser
This committee is responsible for getting families to sign up to host a party, help to plan a pep rally for students and/or parent mixer. In addition, committee will come up with prizes and incentives for fundraiser and assist with distribution of prizes and coordinating classroom parties.

Philanthropic Committee
This committee is responsible programs such as Blessings in a Backpack, Angel Tree, Toy Drive, Student or Family Volunteer opportunities, PALS day, anti-bullying day/week and other programs or events that serve to promote the well-being of others.

Time Commitment: 1 - 3 hours a month
Veteran's Day
Program
This committee is responsible for planning and organizing the Veteran's Day Program in November.
Time Commitment: varies - October & November
Fitness Event
This committee will mainly focus on Bike Rodeo and Field Day events. This committee will plan, organize all the details and execute this event. Committee will also recruit volunteers as needed for the events.
Time Commitment: 3 - 6 hours per event.
Family Programs
This committee will plan events such as Bingo Night, Grandparents' Lunch, Donuts with Dad, and Muffins with Mom. Committee will create the agenda, organize the fun and recruit volunteers to help execute events.
Time Commitment: 1 - 4 hours per event.
5th Grade Promotion Ceremony
This committee will plan and execute the 5th graders "graduation" ceremony and any following event (i.e. 5th grade pool party). This committee will make this event an unforgettable day for 5th graders.
Time Commitment: varies. 1 - 40 hours - depending on what y'all plan to do!
Grant Committee
This committee will meet monthly or bi-weekly to discuss incoming grants, review and either approve or deny grants submitted by FORES faculty. This committee will make this event an unforgettable day for 5th graders.
